A huge thank you to Becky Webb for her captivating and informative talk on the British cut flower industry and the sustainable flower farming practices she employs at Pink Welly Posies. It was truly eye-opening to learn about the incredible amount of hard work and dedication that goes on behind the scenes to grow such beautiful blooms — all while staying committed to eco-friendly methods. It’s refreshing to know that flowers can be cultivated without the use of harmful pesticides or chemicals, proving that sustainability and beauty can go hand in hand.

We were all absolutely blown away by the stunning variety and range of flowers that Becky grows throughout the seasons. From her vibrant dahlias to delicate cosmos, each flower truly embodies the charm of British-grown blooms.

As an added treat, Becky delighted us with a live bouquet demonstration, creating a gorgeous arrangement of late summer seasonal flowers. One very lucky guest walked away with this stunning bouquet as part of our evening raffle.
